Yes. Open your dashboard, go to Properties, select the share you want to sell, and follow the Sell flow to list it for secondary sale.

GoBrikk arranges professional property management, insurance and tenant services to protect income and value.
How does a JV investment work?
You commit capital to a specific refurbishment project under a JV agreement; GoBrikk manages acquisition, works and exit; returns are distributed post‑sale or refinance
When do investors get paid?
Returns are paid after the property is sold or refinanced, according to the JV terms and agreed waterfall
What is the typical JV timeline?
Acquisition and set‑up 0–4 weeks; refurbishment 8–20 weeks; marketing and sale or refinance 4–8 weeks; total typical timeline 4–7 months.
What are the main risks?
Market pricing, construction delays, planning or compliance issues and sales timing can affect returns; each JV includes a risk register and mitigation plan.
What is a bridge loan?
A bridge loan is a secured, short‑term loan to a project to enable acquisition or works; lenders earn agreed interest and hold a senior secured claim.
What are typical terms?
Terms are usually 3–12 months, with funding and drawdown completed in 0–2 weeks and repayment on sale or refinance.
How are returns paid?
Interest is paid per the loan agreement and principal is repaid at exit; documentation shows security, covenants and priority.
Are bridge loans secured?
Yes, loans are structured with security over the asset and clear repayment triggers to prioritise lender protection.
What fees apply?

You’ll get monthly project updates, a quarterly KPI dashboard, and annual statements , all available in your dashboard for on‑demand access.

How do I join and invest?
Join the waitlist with your email, complete onboarding and KYC when invited, top up your GoBrikk wallet in GBP, then select investments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards and Open Banking where available; GBP is the default currency.
How do withdrawals work?
Withdrawals follow each product’s liquidity rules; rental income and realised proceeds can be withdrawn subject to verification and payout schedules.
What KYC/AML checks are required?
Standard identity verification, proof of address and source-of-funds checks must be completed before investing.
